About Holly Bednar

I was born in Maryland and after growing up in a military family, and living all over the continental United States, I returned to Maryland eighteen years ago and married my childhood sweetheart. We have grown children and grandchildren. I understand the fundamental importance of home ownership and it's impact on family and community.

With a demonstrated history of successful transactions, producing desired outcomes for my clients, I take great satisfaction in finding buyers the right home at the lowest possible price with easy financing, often with low or zero down payments; and my seller clients are thrilled when I get them above asking price with offer acceptance within only a few days from the time their listing is activated. I am extremely well supported by my superb admin staff, managing Brokers, and team at eXp Realty.

I am a member in good standing of Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS® (SMAR); and am a proud recipient of the Rookie of the Year Award for Excellence for Charles County (2013), and hold a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Military Relocation Program (MRP) designations.
