Holly made the home buying process as painless as humanly possible. We were on a time crunch, with a baby on the way, jumping into a market we only marginally understood (HGTV does not make an expert of you, no matter how many specials you watch!). Holly was super efficient; within a month we had viewed several houses in our area & budget, & had found The One. We were incredibly lucky that we now own our dream home. But Holly's help didn't end there. Shortly after moving in, we had a plumbing issue in which a tree root from the big, beautiful tree we LOVE in our front yard managed to invade & (with our perfect timing!) block our sewer pipe. I was born in Maryland and after growing up in a military family, and living all over the continental United States, I returned to Maryland eighteen years ago and married my childhood sweetheart.
