She assisted us in purchasing a house site-unseen and was honest and knowledgeable throughout. We were on a time crunch, with a baby on the way, jumping into a market we only marginally understood (HGTV does not make an expert of you, no matter how many specials you watch!). Holly was super efficient; within a month we had viewed several houses in our area & budget, & had found The One. We were incredibly lucky that we now own our dream home. But Holly's help didn't end there. Shortly after moving in, we had a plumbing issue in which a tree root from the big, beautiful tree we LOVE in our front yard managed to invade & (with our perfect timing!) block our sewer pipe. It was not pleasant, & we were pretty frantic trying to figure out what to do. I called Holly about the home warranty I was pretty sure we had, & she got back to me ASAP with the information I needed, as I was en route to get supplies for the situation & couldn't access my files at the moment. She definitely goes above & beyond! Despite the tree root hiccup, we are so happy with our home (nesting mode is GO!) & cannot wait to make our family memories happen there. We highly recommend Holly for her professionalism, her expertise, & her dedication.

Selling and buying a home should have been stressful but Holly made it feel easy. We worked with her for several months as we were very picky looking for a new home. We must have looked at a ton of homes. A couple we saw more than once, but Holly was always willing to come check them out with us.
